Note: Castings can achieve more precise dimensional requirements through either straightening or molding methods. The following are general tolerances.

True Roundness

Diameter General Adjustable
>10 ±0.30mm ±0.20mm
11-25 ±0.45mm ±0.25mm
26-50 ±0.80mm ±0.3mm

Length Tolerance

11-25 ±0.25mm ±0.25mm
26-50 ±0.30mm ±0.30mm
51-100 ±0.50mm ±0.45mm
101-150 ±0.65mm ±0.50mm
151-200 ±0.95mm ±0.55mm
201-250 ±1.25mm ±0.65mm
>251 ±0.60% ±0.40%

Angular Tolerance

Length General Special
Inner and outer angles of thin parts ±1° ±30°
Inner angles of thick parts ±2° ±30°
Outer angles of thick parts ±2° ±1°
Note: The larger the inner radius (R), the better, as it can improve the mechanical properties of the casting and enhance the dissolution flowability. However, excessively large outer radius (R) requirements will increase the manufacturing cost of the mold. Therefore, unless necessary, it is recommended not to specify an outer radius greater than R1.5mm. For the inner radius specification, if the tolerance is set at R1.5mm max ±0.45mm, under normal conditions, this will achieve the aforementioned good casting results.
